A lot has been changing in the past few weeks. I have taken a deep dive into the topic of mindfulness and realized just how important it is. Each individual person has different routines and rituals they follow that can determine different physical, mental and emotional aspects of their daily lives.
I find it interesting that the idea of mindfulness sometimes a tough task to address. We know that reflecting on yourself and taking the time to assess where you are as a person is important, and yet it is often ignored. Why is that? It's hard to say because only you know your mind. Where can we create the desire to self reflect? How can we find mindfulness and improve our well-being without feeling the push to do it?
My current goals revolve around this idea of building a positive relationship with positive action. Building that relationship with yourself and knowing where you are at as a person is so beneficial to life. I want to make sure that this feeling is not daunting. My process has been focused heavily on creating new routine and finding reward in positivity. Hopefully this would lead to excitement around addressing mental, physical, and emotional feelings to guide ourselves to be better all around.
For now, I am keeping an open mind with where I want to go during these mindfulness studies, but in the end I hope that I can make some type of beneficial change.
